Eau de Vie is a moody, low-lit speakeasy tucked down Malthouse Lane, just off Flinders Lane at the Paris end of Melbourne's CBD. The bar is known for its deep whisky collection, polished classic cocktails and theatrical serves, with a hidden whisky room reached through a bookcase for those in the know.

The front bar suits pre-dinner drinks or a long night of cocktails, while the lounge out the back is made for slow sipping and spirits tastings. Tasting menus and bar snacks round out the offer, and the bar is open late from Tuesday to Saturday.
