Nomidokoro Indigo is Darlinghurst’s newest and coziest izakaya, a Japanese drinking spot. This Japanese bar’s logo shows a sake flask and a cup. The name “Nomidokoro” means “Drinking place.”
Indigo is the latest project from Hatena Group, which also runs Nakano Darling in Haymarket, Yakitori Yurippi, and Tachinomi YP in Crows Nest.
The owners are Tin Jung Shea, Mitomo Somehara, and Chris Wu. This charming izakaya has a compact but inviting setup.
