Behind its heritage façade, the space features warm lighting, high ceilings, large windows that open on sunny afternoons, and a covered outdoor area at the back. Goodwater bar whiskey selection includes classic big names, newer craft distilleries, special bottlings, and experimental releases. Their cocktail menu offers three versions of each flavor profile: a boozy option, a lower ABV version, and a non-alcoholic choice.

The beer selection includes imported American brands and Australian brews crafted in American styles. The wine list highlights Australian labels like Yugen, Hey Tomorrow, and Unico Zelo. Beside the back bar, a baby blue Smeg fridge dispenses drinks on tap, such as a Nitro Espresso Martini.

The food menu complements the American bar vibe, featuring crinkle-cut fries with Old Bay seasoning and smoked oyster aioli, shrimp po’ boys, deep-fried pickle chips, French onion grilled cheese sandwiches, and classic artichoke and spinach dip.
