At the core of Gloria’s wine bar is its remarkable 180-strong wine wall, meticulously curated by sommelier Norman Houghton. With a mission to lead patrons beyond their comfort zones, Houghton suggests unique selections like the fizzy and playful Happy Nat pét-nat and the refreshing Tropo Little Red.
The cocktail list, though concise, features a standout creation by Foley—the Gloria’s Spritz, incorporating the local distillery Three Foxes’ Sunny Arvo Aperitivo for a delightful outcome.
