The list was based on the idea that curated, expert-based reviews were better than public reviews for figuring out how good a bar is compared to its peers. But there are other places in Australia where professionals rate and rank bars. First, we figured out which sources we thought were the most reliable, reputable, and objective. Then, we put all of these sources together in a way that was fully objective and statistically accurate to rank each bar.

Our scores will be updated if the sources that we utilize to compile them make changes to their rankings. Since the majority of publications are updated once per year, although at varying intervals, we expect to update our website between four and five times each year in order to maintain relevancy.
